We offer core, spike, and verti-cutting types of aeration, core aeration being the most popular for Connecticut's mostly clay soil.

Core aeration: Pulls small plugs from the soil to relive the compaction and allow a hole for air, water, nutrients, and grass seed to get below the soils surface and into the root zone.

Spike aeration: Is good for sandy soft soil types, or if you prefer to not see the small plugs left after core aeration. Your lawn still has a small hole that allows everything your lawn needs to thrive to get into the root zone.

Verti-cutting aeration: Normally used on golf courses and sports fields. The blades slice up to two inches deep into the soil. Where air, nutrients, water, and seed to be absorbed into the root zone.
Pair aeration with overseeding and/or topdressing for best results.
